DEWI LESTARI DJALAL, S.H., M.H.
Dewi is partner at Dewi Djalal and Partners. She gained her bachelor and master of law degree from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. She completed her bachelor degree in 6 (six) semesters. Now she is a Doctor candidate of the Postgraduate Program, Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University.
Dewi commenced her professional career with some top-tier Jakarta law firms where she was principally involved in general corporate, financing, investments & banking, merger & acquisitions, ICT, broadcasting, telecommunication and infrastructure. In 2011 she moved to the corporate sector initially as an in-house lawyer at PT TelkomMetra, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. She subsequently worked as AVP Legal Corporate. In 2016 she was appointed as the VP Legal Counsel at PT. Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) / Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund.
Dewi is a regular speaker in legal and other forums, seminars, and workshops. She also lectures on the Pre-BAR exam (PKPA) held by FHP Law Education. She is certified as an advocate from PERADI and also as a capital market consultan. She has been a member of the Indonesia Energy Law Forum.

ARI WAHYUDI HERTANTO, S.H., M.H.
Ari is partner at Dewi Djalal and Partners. He gained his law degree with the local curriculum in civil law, at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Depok, West Java in 1998. He spent almost 3 (three) years working as a Legal Consultant and Advocate with several top-tier law firm in Jakarta. Ari specializes in the fields of corporate laws, investment, international trade, and immigration.
In law education, Ari lectures on various subjects, namely general theory of state and law, contract drafting, legal aspects in business transaction and legal opinion at the Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti. Furthermore, he also lectures on the Pre-BAR exam held by FHP Law Education, under the supervision of the Indonesian Advocates Association PERADI. He is also vice chairman of the Internship Program at PERADI.
He completed his master’s degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2005.
Currently, He is pursuing his doctorate program at the Faculty of Law, Univesity of Indonesia.

Chandra Karina SH, LLM
Chandra Karina is a Partner in Dewi Djalal & Partners. Before joining the firm she had worked in one of the largest law firms in Jakarta, Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo, for twelve years, in which she was the key personnel and projects leader for its energy and infrastructure practice. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in international law and later obtained her master degree from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. Chandra’s main practice areas involve energy and infrastructure (including in Public Private Partnership (PPP) project in power plant sector), general corporate, mining, labour law, acquisition, joint venture, debt restructuring, and project finance.
Her major clients include PT PLN (Persero), PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), the Ministry of Finance, Shiseido, Co., Ltd, PT Supraboga Lestari, PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Mitsui Indonesia, PT Sumber Selatan Nusa, PT Japan Tobacco International Indonesia and PT Antam, Tbk. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is licensed as an advocate.

Hery Firmansyah, SH.,M.Hum. MPA.,Aff.WM
Hery Firmansyah is partner at Dewi Djalal and Partners. He gained his bachelor degree from Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University in 2006. He then received an education scholarship from DIKTI to continue his study in Magister of Business Law, Postgraduate Program, Gadjah Mada University from which he graduated in 2009. He subsequently received a scholarship from the Postgraduate Program, Gadjah Mada University itself to study in Magister of Public Administration from which he graduate in 2011.
From 2015 until the present he has been a permanent member of teaching staff of the Law Faculty at Tarumanagara University for crimainal law, economic crime, criminology and criminal law comparison. He is currently the Secretary of Law review Center of Law Faculty, Tarumanagara and chairperson of the Preparation of Establishment of Special International Class Program at the Law Faculty of UNTAR.
